What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  1. You can ask for a refund or change your order preference before the order is dispatched. You can access the status of your order in your dashboard.
  2. All refunds will be processed within 15 days of your request and will reflect in your bank as per their respective norms.
  3. For any other requests or queries regarding this, kindly contact us directly.

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  1. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  2. Has missing parts or accessories
  3. Is different from what was ordered
  4. not satisfied with the product
  5. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

  1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
  2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

How long the refund procedure takes?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. All refunds will be processed within 15 business days of your request and will reflect in your bank as per their respective norms.
