Shipping Policy

We understand that when you make an order, you want your care package as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make this happen! Most of the items we sell, will ship quickly and be at your door fast. However, some products might attract shipping charges. The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature / category of your product, which location dispatched from / to, gross weight of the product, etc.

The shipping charges on your order will be informed before your order is placed. The shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart / payment page.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order.

Order is processed on all weekdays including Saturdays except for Sundays and major holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we will only make shipments through reputed courier agencies.

While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may log on to Submit Ticket, or write an e-mail to info@adcomhitech.com mentioning your order reference number.

Orders may take up to 1-2 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow for 7 to 10 business days for your care package to arrive.

Please note that orders placed during a sale may take a little more time to process in our warehouse due to high volume. We will try our best to get your care package to you as soon as possible.

A shipping confirmation with your tracking id will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use that tracking id to track your order by going on our website and clicking on “track your order”. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order that you have placed.

We offer our distinctive one year warranty on all our products that are purchased through our authorized channel partners.
