    Overall product quality is satisfactory for the price band of 13-14000rs. the chair is comfortable for daily usage but if you have a height greater than 5.5ft. don't expect to sit in folded leg position as the seat is not large enough, the balancing is good and the material quality is also satisfactory. Though built quality can be improved as the hydraulic on my chair failed after a few months of usage, and I had to claim warranty for the same. the process to claim warranty was quite okay, but I deducted one star as I myself had to change the hydraulic (which was quite difficult as no hydraulic removal tools was provided with the new hydraulic, you can't expect everyone will have the right set of tools available with them) and no expect visited for the same which I expect should have, as this was a problem raised under the warranty period and its expected from the company to resolve the same with minimum inconvenience to the customer. overall I would recommend if you can get this under 14000, but be ready with all the tools and a lot of time from your schedule, if any problem arises xD.

Since it comes with ergonomic design so it doesn't cause back pain and neck pain even if I do work for continuously 6 hours.
