Delivery

Returns, Refund & Cancellations

All the pre-books will be non refundable and customer does not reserve the right to receive the pre-book amount back to their bank accounts in case they decide to cancel the pre-booking and not proceed to buy the actual product. This is due to operational cost involved with regards to pre-book order confirmation and operations involved for reserving the orders beforehand. Product Handover

Post successful handover of the order/ bought items the responsibility and ownership of the purchased products lies upon the Buyer. Adcom India as a Brand is responsible for service and repair commitments basis warranty policy as mentioned in the Warranty Card.

What happens in case product arrives in a damaged condition?

Though we take utmost care while packaging, we still request our customers that they must open their shipment package once the delivery is handed over to them to ensure the handover is smooth and correct as per required expectations. In case the package is found to be broken, damaged or dead on arrival they must return the package immediately to the delivery person and e-mail to info@adcomhitech.com mentioning your order reference number along with the pictures of damaged product. Once above mentioned steps are complied with by the customers and found to be true during our internal investigation with the courier agency you will receive a replacement product at earliest. We take pride in delivering our customers the best of the products smoothly and efficiently.

By placing an order on our website you agree that Adcom India or its representatives would be allowed to communicate to you on your shared details via email, SMS and Voice Calls for fulfilling the Delivery/ Service or Order related commitments.
